Jason and Big Mike took good care of SUZIEQ -- she needed new rubbers, immediately and they got her attention ASAP. She's very happy and pleased with the attention she recieved while visting the shop. She was also very excited to share with me that they washed her up while she was there and that made her smile and purr even more on the ride home. Awesome experience every time we visit Fairbault HD. You're treated like family the moment you walk through the door! Sales staff is always there to greet you and are readily available and extremely patient. The moto clothes girls are always on top of their game informing you of ongoing sales and upcoming clothing promos. The parts department is beyond helpful whether it be parts and accessories or a simple bottle of mist n shine. I can't say enough about their service department able to answer any questions you have about a recent service or if you looking for opinions and or options on a build they're ready to help. Great to work with Todd and Justin in my purchase of a 2018 FLHTK. They were both very knowledgeable and courteous. They and FHD worked with me on the timing of the purchase, and helped me through the process of getting my trade-in brought in and taken care of. Jake and Jason were great to work with in parts, and Wes equally in Service. Ann H. has a great team at FHD, and it shows -- they go the extra mile. Great home-town feeling. It was an excellent overall buying experience, and I will continue to buy Harley at FHD.

Nice to know that when you roll in from Alaska and have an issue, that there is someone there who will listen to you and help you get rolling again. Considering its just a few days to the rally and Dan and Dave in performance fit me in quick and fixed my problem, was pretty amazing. did not buy my bike at Fairbault hd, but came highly recommended. So I decided to have a dyno tune and oil change. Well worth the trip from St Paul. Bike run's so smooth!!! Friendly people. Will drive the 52 miles to do more business . Thanks to all ..Ride safe
