We can help you keep your Harley-Davidson® vehicle in pristine condition! If you have any questions or concerns about your bike, feel free to call us at 507-334-5130 and we'll be happy to help you over the phone or assist you in making an appointment. Come talk to us about how to best maintain your investment and learn more about our available services! Our Service Department is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We do not  have any Service Technicians available on Saturdays.

Pick up & delivery

  • $25.00 minimum charge in Faribault city limits
  • $150.00 within a 50-mile radius
  • $2.00 per mile beyond 50 miles

Express Lane

Most weekdays we offer H-D® Express Lane, but it's always a good idea to call ahead.

The goal of the Express Lane is to get you in and our as quickly as possible, without an appointment.

Express Lane is dedicated to selected services that usually take less than an Hour:

  • Tires
  • Brakes
  • Oil
  • Hand grips
  • Mirrors
  • Foot pegs

The next time you need of these items and don't have time for an appointment - just stop in and we'll do it while you wait. Shop for a few minutes while we complete your work, then get back out on the road.

More Than An Oil Change

It truly is more than an oil change. See below the areas that are serviced during the recommended 1000 mile service for a Touring model. Regular service will help keep your H-D® motorcycle operating at peak performance. Faribault Harley-Davidson® knows best how to service your motorcycle with factory approved methods and equipment. When you bring your CVO™, Dyna®, Softail®, Sportster®, Touring, Trike, Street™ or V-Rod® to us for service we check for open recalls, product campaigns, trouble codes, and engine management system updates. We check tightness of all critical fasteners and road test to verify component and system functions.
