"Connie and I have been loyal coustomers for years. On February 21,2012 we were treated to the sound of the another bike sold siren. We wish to thank the following staff @ F H D : Justin,Todd,Ron,Skypp &Kelly. We also wish to thank Ann for having the sharpest insite as she has selected only top notch associates who make a customer totally at ease with our new bike purchase. We bought a 2012 Ultra Limited and traded in our 2008 Ultra Classic. We await delivery of our new ride as it is getting a few new goodies installed by the guys in the service department. We enjoyed the pick a card game which netted us two t-shirts for our collection and the promo lantern which is really cool. Not for -getting another perk we will receive points to acquire some additional bling for our new ride even though the base model is allready tricked out. To sum up the experience we feel that the rating should give an option of 10 stars as they would be deserved in our opinion for all of the staff involved in our new bike purchase! THANK YOU SO MUCH. "I had wanted a Harley for many years and my fiancee and I had started looking. I had been to every harley dealership in southern MN and northern IA including the one located in the town I live. Both of us though couldn't stop saying that everytime we had been to FHD how amazing the service was and how we just couldn't believe the difference in service recieved while there. Couldn't have had a better experience from Zack our dealer to Dawn and Kelly in motor clothes, Kevin in parts and Todd in finance etc... Everyone made the process fantastic! Now that I am starting to make my bike my own still can't say enough. We find ourselves stopping in to FHD not just to buy more "stuff" we can do that anywhere; but getting the service and ultimately fun times we get at FHD you just can't put a price tag on! "In late August, I was riding with a couple of buddies on I-35 when I lost a shock bolt and side mount license plate and tail light. Being from South Dakota, I had no idea where to get my bike fixed. Luckily, the breakdown happened right outside of Faribault and my Minnesota buddies knew right where to find you. My bike was brought in right away and Eric in the Service Department fixed me up with a new shock bolt and taillight and got me back on the road in about an hour. Great service. Thanks again, Eric."

"I took the Riders Edge Course In April, 2011. Although I failed the riding skills test the first time. I can say that for a first time EVER on a Motorcycle rider and woman of shall we say mature years.: ) the experience was invaluable. When I started the class I had no clue to how to even start a motorcycle and by then end. Well I could start it, stop it, riding it across the lot, go around corners over objects, around obstacles, tip it over... LOL Sorry Ann.. and then get back on and do it again. It was fun, scary,exhilarating and exciting. I am happy to report that I re-took the riding portion of the test on 7/10/2011 and WOOT WOOT!!! I passed. I am so looking forward to startng my riding career. On a personal note, your instructors are Fantastic, Fun and Knowledgeable. Each with their own teaching style that keeps you on your toes and smiling. It was a great experience and I would and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you. "

"Had a number of substandard experiences with metro Harley Dealerships (as have a number of my co-riders in various clubs), and was pleasantly surprised with the personal service and professionalism of the Faribault Harley Davidson associates. From Justin K. in Sales, Todd in Accounting and the women at the retail counter, my experience with Faribault HD was enjoyable and professional. I was particularly impressed with the personal approach from each associate that took the time to actually meet and engage me in my purchase. The dealership's "poker run" to introduce me to all of the dealership departments and resources was a particularly nice touch. I can name at least three (3) Twin City metro HD dealerships that should learn from Faribault HD not only how to sell a loyal HD customer an expensive motorcycle and gear, but also how to portray Harley Davidson, in general, in a professional and positive light to the public. "On our recent family vacation to the Twin Cities, we decided to stop in to Faribault HD to buy a couple T-shirts, well a couple T-shirts turned into me buying a different bike. We had excellent service from our salesman Zach, we also had a small issue with a jacket I purchased, and Dawn was a very big help in solving this issue. I drove the new bike home three hours to our house in Iowa, and discovered a small leak coming from the primary. Mike gave me excellent service and help in order to get the problem resolved I just wanted to say thank you for all you help, and whenever I decide to purchase my next Harley, I will gladly drive three hours and pass by multiple Harley dealerships to come back to Faribault Harley Davidson. "We stopped in Sunday April 17th with our grand daughter to pick an Easter Egg from the basket. Connie and I acquired some Riders Reqwards points but the coolest thing of all is our granddaughter's egg which had a slip for a free t-shirt. "Even though I did not purchase my 2006 Street Glide from Faribault Harley (I now wish I had) their service department is without question the best I have ever dealt with. After having service performed their once I have never gone to another dealer even though I live within 15 miles of three Twin City dealers. I drive 45 miles to have any service performed at FHD. Mike, Jason and the rest of the service staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always have time to answer questions besides providing excellent service. Example, recently I stopped at FHD to set up an appointment for 5000 mile service and mentioined to Mike that I though there was probably something that should be checked out regarding how my bike was running at idle. Within minutes Mike came out listened and promptly rode it into the service area where he and Jason checked out the problem. This was done even though I did not have a service appointment that day. This is in contrast to the dealer where I bought my bike who would not have a technician check out my security pager when I stopped in one day without making an appointment to do so at a latter time which involves a 100 mile round trip for me. This was only a month after I bought the bike. Just wanted to express my thanks to Mike and the Service Staff at FHD for the way I have been treated at your facility. "My first experience with Faribualt HD was June 2003 when I had to call for road side service due to a flat tire. Faribault was the nearest, and service was A+ with staff even having to stay late by 2 hours. I now drive the 60 miles to have all my service done by them, specially after George the tech helped with a prior problem another dealer couldn't do in 50 minutes, George figured our in one. With 315,000 miles in seven years, and experience with other dealers, Faribault is the best of the best."

"FHD*I have been too busy riding my new ride to actually set down and thank the crew at FHD. I purchased my 2009 Softail Deluxe in April and sadly put it in storage for winter a few days ago, but with 7500 glorious miles on it and more planned for 2010. Before I purchased my ride, I visited many H-D shops drooling on bikes and dreaming of riding one. From the first time I walked into the FHD, the staff there was professional, friendly and took the extra mile. That is why I drove 100 miles, one way, (there are closer H-D shops by my house) and purchased my new bike from FHD. Chris helped me with the finance options and gave me all the information I needed to make the right choice for me. Thanks Chris! When I went to pick up my ride, Matt went over the bike features and answered all of my stupid questions, without laughing. Thanks Matt! I did purchase some accessories and needed to bring my bike back a couple of times to get them put on. It was just terrible to have to ride 100 miles to get this done, and I loved every minute of it! Every time I visited the Service Department, Matt and the crew were friendly, professional and patient with me. On the day of my bike delivery, Ron was very helpful with tying down my bike and didn’t seem to mind the cold. Thanks Ron! I have been to the Parts Department several times getting some accessories, some more difficult to acquire than others. Every time I came in, Scott goes the extra mile to find what I need. Plus, he makes good popcorn! Thanks Scott! As for Motorclothes, you really can’t get too many clothes. Denise and Dawn have always been there to help me with my pickiness on clothing. Thanks Denise and Dawn! Lastly, I would like to thank Ann for having a great H-D shop to get my toys from. I have yet to meet anyone at the shop that is not friendly, helpful or willing to go the extra mile. Thanks FHD!"

"WE Rob and Kathy are so very pleased with FHD. We felt like we were more than a customer buying a bike, and even though we know it is a business we felt as if our concerns and the end product are what really mattered. "I purchased a set of mid-frame heat deflectors from Scott Henry for my "08" Ultra ! When I arrived home to do the project I noticed Father Harley neglected to insert installation instructions for a "08" . The instructions included were for the "01" thru "07" baggers ! In addition there were extra parts for that install which were not required for "08" install . I contacted Jason and he was kind enough to provide me with the appropriate install instructions . The less than 5 star responses were no fault of the dealer . I have nothing negative to comment about F H D and it's top notch 10 star staff ! "Earlier this year I brought my 2007AW V-Rod down to have Jason hook me up on the dyno. The work was performed on time as scheduled. After the dyno, all I can say is HOLY CRAP!!!! The before and after performance of my bike was amazing! I will be honost, wasn't sure if I would notice any difference but I DEFINITELY DID! The power curves were absolutely perfect when Jason was done with my bike. Every person I dealt with was professional and VERY friendly. I could not have imagined a better service experience than the one I had. These guys ARE PROS and it shows!!! Need to save the money (almost there!!!) but my next trip down will be to have a Trask Performance turbo put on my bike. I know Jason and the guys will make my bike absolutely sick fast... it's nice knowing that FHD is an authorized Trask shop and that the crew is experienced in the art of performance modifications. Can't wait to get the bike back down there. And yes, I bought from a different dealership, they are good but I will from now on ONLY let FHD work on my bike and especially my engine."

"Once again the crew came to my rescue by picking up my 08 Ultra Classic. I damaged my electronic throttle and my bike was dead in the water ! I frantically contacted the service department and explained my problem . My wife and I were planning an all week run with friends to northern WI . With out a functional throttle I had to have my bike trailered to F.H.D. and then the mechanics began the replacement / repair of my ride. I was not surprised when all efforts by staff were made to get my bike back on the road. The bike was ready when promised and I picked it up and rode home. All repairs were done in a timley fashion and our trip plans can now be made as planned. I wish to send a huge THANK YOU to all who dilligantly worked on my bike to get me back on the road ! "I purchased my FLHRI from the Faribault team about 4 years ago. I originaly purchased my bike from Faribault HD because they were cheaper than any dealer I had checked with. To my suprise it was obivious Faribault HD was a top notch dealership that went the extra mile. The purchase itself was turly unique and I was introduced to the entire staff as well as be treated as a VIP. Over the years I have had all my service completed at Faribault HD when a number of dealers were closer. Yesterday I was out for a ride and broke down, nothing major just a Accel cable. My first phone call was too Faribault HD, Jason in service put me in contact with their driver Jamie who responed within 20 minutes to to pick me and my bike up. When we arrived at the dealereship Jason was waiting to unload the bike and had a tech ready to work on it. Within an hour I was back on the road! When I went to pay for the bill they did not charge me for the pick up. Matt in service said it was part of the deal. I will not forget this and will continue to use Faribault HD weather it be for service, motrrclothes or parts. Thanks Faribault HD team for saving the day! "

"It may be unfair for your dealership has the corner on the market of 5 star employees but I see all of it to my benefit. The last time I was @ the store I was treated to a guided tour of the shop and machine shop by Bob H. I had a recent crash on my "01" Ultra Classic which totaled my bike and it was time to see Scott Anderson to order a "08" U.C. Scott put in my order and made sure I would get exactly what I wanted for color and options. Other staff @ F.H.D. had heard about my crash and were extremely supportive and encouraging about my recovery from my injuries. Thanks to Scott H., Jason K., Marcy J., Scott A. In addition to the family type atmosphere of my brothers and sisters @ F.H.D. I must mention the above and beyond the call of duty assistance I have received from Chris Jeans on helping me with wading thru the ins and outs of properly filing the necessary paper work to gain refunds on the un-used portions of GAP etc. I now await the delivery of my 1st. new bike and will need the assistance of Chris, Scott, and Jason for the loan process, belle and whistles for my new bike and Jason for the installation of the bling. "I drove by one day and stopped in and chatted with one of the guys. About a month later I returned with my checkbook and bought the Road Glide. I was treated like I was a family friend, both times, I felt accepted and welcome. I felt appreciated I was given the best treatment one could hope for. A few weeks after my purchase I received a glass laser image of the dealership with my bike on it and the VIN number it said custom made for me and had my name, it's gorgeous and it sits on my book shelf. I show it to all my friends. The day I rode my bike home to Red Wing it was only about 40 degrees, but I was impressed with how much I'm gonna enjoy this bike. "Jason the Faribault H.D. service manager helped me discover why my Bagger was getting poor gas milage. The air cleaner filter was hopelessly clogged with dirt.The other discovery was that my all stock M.C. had a down load for a stage 1 1340. He eliminated the down load and all should be unaltered and my M.P.G. will improve. I will now keep track on my M.P.G. and let Jason know the results. "On 5-18-06 the service department came to my rescue. My Bagger lost the drive belt @ the intersection of hwy.149 and Lone Oak Rd. I made a phone call to Faribault H D and immediately a pick up was arranged. Please note that the key chain contained your logo and most importantly the phone number to call so that you could send the Calvary to my rescue. Was picked up in a timley fashion and off we went to the shop. As my bike was being unloaded from the trailer I went to the service desk to make a request for repair.As I had hoped the repair was done the same day and was able to pick up my bike prior to the store closed @ 8:00 P.M. I did not arrive on site untill after 4:00 P.M. I wish to thank all involved with pick up,friendly accomodation @ service counter and an opportunity to ask the mechanic who installed the belt after he took the bike for a test ride to insure all was in good working order some questions Ihad. "My wife and I, who both purchased 2005 HDs from FHD this year, just returned from Sturgis. On our first full day in Rapid City, we discovered a drywall screw in the rear tire of my Road King Custom. While waiting in the l-o-o-o-o-g line of other customers at the Rapid City HD service department, we contacted Chris in the business office at FHD to inquire about the terms of the road hazard policy that we purchased with our new bikes. Chris was extremely helpful walking us through the simple process and, as a result, the total bill for service and replacement was only $4.67!!! (not the $300+ retail). This is a plan that really pays off. Our special thanks to Chris for recommending this worthwhile service plan at the time of our purchase, as well as assisting us in our "time of need".
