Activating your Rider Rewards Card

1.  Visit www.faribaulthd.com and click on the Rider Rewards logo.
2. Choose “I need a password” (button to the left).
3. Enter your reward number and security number from your card.
4. Check your email - activation instructions will be in your inbox.
5. Login at www.faribaulthd.com to view your accumulated points.

Redeeming Your Points: $1 spent = 1 point
250 points = $5.00 gift certificate
500 points = $25.00 gift certificate
1000 points = $75.00 gift certificate
2000 points = $160.00 gift certificate
4000 points = $360.00 gift certificate

1. Once you are logged-in, look for the button to redeem points for your gift certificate.
2. Assuming you have enough points, you can redeem the points for a gift certificate in the dollar amounts listed above.
3. After your gift certificate is chosen online, the system will generate a printable version.
4. The gift certificate is then ready to be printed and brought into FHD store to be presented to the cashier for redemption.
5. Your FHD gift certificate will be verified by the cashier to make sure the confirmation number is valid and that it has not already been redeemed and this purchase will begin your point accumulation again.

Qualifying Purchases

Rider Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases. At this time, qualifying purchases include retail parts and accessories, service parts & labor, Motorclothes, and general merchandise.

Purchases that DO NOT qualify

• motorcycles, work orders for warranty repair, accident repair jobs, rentals, rider training, financial products, etc.
• Rider Reward points begin the day the card is issued. 
• There will be many opportunities throughout the year to earn points. Find out more in-house, through our website, facebook and newsletter.
• Points earned under the Rider Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to buy a motorcycle.
• Faribault Harley-Davidson has the right to terminate Rider Rewards privileges and/or discontinue a member's points: if the points have been received by an unintended method.
• Faribault Harley-Davidson may change or stop this program at any time without notice.

Q&A about Rider Rewards

Question: How much does it cost to participate in Rider Rewards at Faribault Harley-Davidson?
Answer: Absolutely nothing! Our card is given to you immediately and all purchases made will begin accumulating points for you.

Question: If I make a purchase today when will I be able to see the points and redeem them?
Answer: There is a 24-48 hour delay from your purchase to when points are available online to view and redeem.

Question: If I do not own a computer or cannot get to the website to redeem my points for a gift certificate can I come in to the store to redeem my points?
Answer: Absolutely! Our staff is trained and ready to help our customers redeem their points right at the counter

Question: Do my points have an expiration date?
Answer: Points earned do not expire. However, once you print out a redemption gift certificate it will remain valid for 30 days. If that certificate gets lost between home and our store we can reprint it for you.

Question: What do I do if I lose my card?
Answer: If you lose your card call or email the store. We can issue a new card and transfer all your points over to the new card seamlessly.

Question: If I redeem a $75.00 gift certificate do I have to spend the entire amount?
Answer: Yes. You must purchase something of $75 or more to take full advantage of your gift certificate.

Question: My wife and I both have customer accounts at FHD. Should we combine our accounts together to take advantage of more points accumulation?
Answer: If both you and your spouse make purchases at FHD under your own name you may find it advantageous to combine your accounts and redeem your points together. The more points you have the better the value for redemption.

Question: Can I redeem my points towards the purchase of a new bike?
Answer: No, points earned or gift certificates can not be applied towards a deposit or down payment on a new or used motorcycle.

Question: I earn points for purchases. Are their points for making it to a FHD sponsored events? Are there other things I can do to earn points?
Answer: Yes! FHD will award points for attending certain events such as the annual MDA Ride, or Harley Heroes Ride, and award points for volunteering at these events. Stay connected with FHD through the www.faribaulthd.com, newsletter and facebook for all your “point” opportunities!

Question: Will I get more points for being a member of the Faribault HOG Chapter?
Answer: Yes, at this time we plan to offer bonus points for participating in the many HOG chapter events planned through out the year.
