Justin Kane
General Manager

Beth Cake
Accounting

Beth came to FHD in July 2012 as the full-time accountant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Magna Cum Laude) with an emphasis in accounting in 2005. She has 20+ years of various office/accounting experience with 10 of those years being in a retail environment.

Judy Pumper
Shipping / Receiving

Judy is the first one in the store to lay hands on all the new merchandise. Judy handles the steady flow of packages coming and going from the shop. Judy has been with FHD since 2000.

Mike Isaacson
Service Manager

Mike has been a long time customer of Faribault Harley-Davidson. He joined our team in 2007. With all Mike’s past management experience he is well skilled to keep our Service Department operating smooth for our customers.

Andy is an avid motorcycle enthusiast with a background in welding and fabrication. He also has 9 years of customer service experience so don’t hesitate to call him with any questions you might have about your motorcycle. He will be more than happy to help.

Eric Merxbauer
Shop Foreman

Eric is the lead Master Technician and Shop Foreman. With his vast experience and knowledge our customers can be confident that we fixed it right the first time. Eric graduated from MMI in 2001. Eric enjoys spending time with his family and riding his custom Softail he built.

Ron Wunderlich
Bike Detailer / Delivery

Ron has worked in every department throughout the years at FHD. Currently, he supports the service department as our delivery driver and detailer. Ron is a super helpful guy jumping in anywhere he is needed. He has been with FHD since 1997. Ron likes to spend time with his grandchildren and ride as often as he can. He owns 5 Harleys and his most recent is a Screamin’ Eagle Road King.

Andy is a valued team player at the Faribault H-D Service Department. He graduated from MMI in 2007 as the top technician in his class.
